Volunteer Needs

We need your help!

The following volunteering opportunities are currently available:

Instrument Check-out (Band Parent Night)
- Provide "Musical Instrument Loan Contract" form to interested families
- Collect completed loan contracts and issue instruments
- Complete instrument loan record spreadsheet
- Collect instruments at the end of the year and issue receipts
Band Store (daily)
- Set out the merchandise before band starts
- Help students perform transactions before and/or after band
- Put store items away after band
Practice Logs (weekly)
- Collect and organize completed practice logs
- Photocopy and distribute blank practice logs
- Distribute "band bucks" based on practice log details
T-Shirt Orders (November only)
- Place T-Shirt order with The Cotton Shoppe using list provided by Mr. Bingen
- Pick up completed T-shirts
- Pass out T-shirts before first concert
Concert Programs (December only)
- Design and print concert programs
  - Microsoft Word proficiency recommended
- Fold programs and bring to concert
